&lt;p&gt;Emma Mills-Sheffield started Mindsetup after spending 15 years in industry leading major sales&amp;nbsp;projects,&amp;nbsp;process improvements, training programmes, workshop facilitation and coaching. She worked for KPMG, WSP and in the creative and digital industries and has&amp;nbsp;experience across the public sector, FTSE100 and Fortune500 companies.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As an independent business consultant, she now focuses on helping businesses drive efficiency and productivity and build resilience to get&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;best from&amp;nbsp;their organisation but also importantly for their employees. Her approach is based on identifying how businesses can run more efficiently and through coaching and training how employees can develop and thrive in the workplace.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But more importantly, and what sets Emma apart, is her experience in resilience, growth, empathy and knowing that life is short, which means she offers a very different approach to coaching and business consultancy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Malcolm is a Business Owner with International experience from Australia, Far East, India, Middle East, Europe, United States, Canada and South America.&amp;nbsp;He specialises in Business Development, helping companies Find, Win and Keep Profitable Business.&amp;nbsp;Malcolm is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers with considerable experience of working with businesses nationally and internationally.&amp;nbsp;Malcolm’s early career was in the construction industry working for the British Government on projects as far afield as the Falkland Islands, Gibraltar and Kathmandu. He joined Arup, the internationally renowned Engineering Consultancy, working in London and Manchester&amp;nbsp;on high value UK projects as a designer and project manager, along with overseas experience in Russia and the Cameroon.&amp;nbsp;He actively promoted Arup in Liverpool through relationships with the City Council and Chamber of Commerce, ultimately setting up an office in 2001 to&amp;nbsp;focus&amp;nbsp;on bidding and Client Relationship Management, to help retain and secure new business.&amp;nbsp;In 2002, Malcolm was seconded to what is now the Department for International Trade (DIT) in London as an Export Promoter, encouraging UK companies to export their goods and services on the back of major sporting events in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Brazil and Qatar.&amp;nbsp;Malcolm became Director of Business Development, External and International Relations at MIDAS, Manchester’s Inward Investment Agency in 2006, encouraging foreign owned companies to set up business in Greater Manchester.&amp;nbsp;In 2009 Malcolm established himself as an independent Business Development Consultant, actively encouraging businesses to Obtain, Maintain and Retain profitable business through&amp;nbsp;the five pillars of Market Intelligence, Proposition Development, Lead Generation, Project Handling and Client Relationship Management.&lt;/p&gt;
