&lt;p&gt;Campfire is about creating conversations that get to what&amp;#39;s important in our work and beyond.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We do this in two ways; firstly by one-to-one coaching and mentoring and secondly by creating&amp;nbsp;refreshing conversations for businesses that help foster more rounded&amp;nbsp;relationships within teams.&amp;nbsp; With significant increases in&amp;nbsp;remote working, these conversations&amp;nbsp;are more important than ever.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;So for now, we&amp;#39;re hosting these conversations on Zoom.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This new venture has been founded by&amp;nbsp;Andrew Wainstein, who introduced fantasy football into the UK in the 1990&amp;#39;s and led his business Fantasy League for three decades.&amp;nbsp; Campfire has been inspired by Andrew&amp;#39;s journey with Fantasy League;&amp;nbsp;in terms of helping small business owners and also in terms of&amp;nbsp;bringing people together and strengthening close-knit groups.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'm Emily, Retail Supply Chain Consultant and owner of The Retailer Clinic. I help small retailers to optimise their supply chains, focusing on the areas of procurement, production, inventory management, forecasting, cash flow and strategy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have over 10 years experience in retail having worked in head offices in buying, sales and production roles and on the shop floor in sales advisor and account management positions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Working for small retailers opened my eyes to the challenges small retailers face when it comes to supply chain. Forecasting and inventory management software is eye-wateringly expensive, production planning is more complex due to smaller order quantities, and deciding on a procurement strategy can be difficult without buying power.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I went in search of solutions to these problems and spent the next few years studying supply chain analytics, fundamentals, dynamics and design. Armed with 10 years of experience navigating retail supply chains and a stack of models and knowledge, I am ready to help you optimise your supply chain!&lt;/p&gt;

Today the 'day job' is heading up the UK chapter of The Spill Teem®, a global
Design Consultancy who work with organizations worldwide to help shift their thinking culture.

The Spill Teem® have an extensive background in service, product, communication and behavioural design and collectively carry 30+ years of human-centred Design experience, business strategy, and cultural change work.

My work also regularly involves delivering keynotes at events, speaking to teams, at leadership groups, masterminds and retreats. I also deliver lectures, seminars and provide training when required on the topic of brand, strategy, storytelling and human-centred design.
