A trained journalist, Kelly honed her communications skills in the education sector at one of the UK’s largest universities, before heading into agency land with globally-renowned Porter Novelli, as a senior member of its Sydney-based consumer marketing team.&lt;br /&gt;

Working from Australia for almost four years, Kelly gained a wealth of international experience, with an impressive client list including PepsiCo, Diageo, Frucor Beverages, Carnival Cruises, Visa and 3 mobile. The agency’s sponsorship specialist, she worked with brands to maximise return for high profile endorsements, including Visa’s FIFA 2010 and Rugby World Cup 2007 sponsorships, plus 3 mobile’s music, TV and sporting partnerships (Rihanna and Chris Brown tour, Project Runway, &amp;amp; MTV).&lt;br /&gt;

Back on home soil, Kelly held management roles in two further UK agencies before co-founding The Tonic Communications in 2013. It has won over 25 industry awards for its consultancy, and in May 2020 was named by industry bible PR Week as a UK Top 40 PR agency for healthcare expertise, and in the Top 50 of UK PR agencies with HQs outside of London.&lt;/p&gt;
