<p>I'm a career Fintech and Product expert. I spent the first 10 years of my career building internal products and shaping digital &amp; product strategy at the likes of Citi, Fidelity and Schroders. I've spent the past 5 years helping fintechs and larger FS organisations ideate, design, build and scale digital products. Recent projects include the design and build of a challenger bank in Saudi Arabia, an Australian digital bank for freelancers, a UK based PFM app, and creating and implementing a scaling strategy for a SME Lending Fintech in the UK. I also write a fortnightly Fintech Product newsletter with subscribers from all across financial services, from Visa and Mastercard, to Monzo and Paypal.</p>
<p>I love helping people build products that help solve real customer problems and that often involves looking at how best to deliver a product to customers, organisations internal digital strategy and going through customer research to find the real pain points where the product will prove really valuable.</p>
