Hi, I’m Bontle! As an ex-McKinsey, triple certified coach, speaker, and AuDHD writer, I help leaders future-proof their organisations with bespoke transformation implementations powered by disruptive neurodivergent thinking. I’ve been in the thick of billion-dollar megamergers, rebuilt national education systems during crises, and, yes, even managed to steer digital transformations without succumbing to death by buzzwords. My journey has included +20 global transformations, helping dozens of SMEs on two continents, and coaching leaders from charities, telcos, startups, banks, construction sites, and the wellness world. The last +15 years have taught me that real transformation is messy, unpredictable, and, above all, about people.
